Little Dude has been here for 19 days. So far, so good. Often it feels as though he has always been apart of our family and other days it’s hard to believe that he arrived so recently.
Life with 2 kids is:
-busy
-tiring
-fun?? (fun-ish so far)
Life with 2 kids means:
-there is no down time
-I am constantly doing laundry
-someone always needs a diaper change
-I may not shower everyday (gross, I know…but time is limited)
-I eat when I can eat which is often at very random times
-The Hubster and I currently divide and conquer. One of us is with Little Dude and the other one is with Princess Peach
-Outings aren’t random. They have become very strategic and well thought out plans as we try to leave right after Little Dude has had a feed. We group our errands into areas of the city so we can get maximize our trips to get the most accomplished in a short amount of time.
-we have KIDS! We now have to worry about our kids- plural.
But…..the best part of life with 2 kids is that we have another person:
-for us to love
-for us to snuggle
-for us to watch grow and learn and thrive
-for Princess Peach to call her best friend
-for me to look at everyday in amazement that this incredible little boy grew inside of me for 9 months and how amazing he is and how happy he makes so many people after a mere 19 days……..
