Six months ago today I started my blog. It some ways it feels like I’ve written this blog forever and in so many ways I’m so new and green to this. I’m still learning so much everyday about blogging. When I started blogging, I figured that I would write a few posts, people would follow me and that’s all. Boy, was I naive. Blogging is hard yet so rewarding. I had to become social media savvy in a blogger kind of way. I had to familiarize myself with Wordpess (which is hard) and GoDaddy, my hosting site. I finally learned to use Twitter and I think I’m pretty good at it. I made a Facebook page for my blog. I have connected with other mommy bloggers who I feel make a difference in this world and have guest blogged for me and my readers. I redesigned my blog with some help. Over the past 6 months I have met some pretty amazing people through my blog. People who make the world a better place and are honest, funny, entertaining, thoughtful and relatable. .
I have also been connecting with stores, products, and brands. I am thrilled to share that I been selected to be a P&Gmom! So today, along with 39 other influential and upcoming bloggers, I will be spending the day learning about P&G products such as Tide, Pampers, Crest and OralB. I am so excited to share lots of upcoming information with you on all of their wonderful products. If you are on twitter make sure to follow along at #PGmom and @PGinsider. Also sign up at pgeveryday.ca for information, promotions and brandSAVER coupons.
Most of all I am so appreciative to you, my readers who READ what I have to say. THANK YOU. I really appreciate every single click you make on my blog, the feedback I get from you, the comments you post and the time you take out of your day to read My So-Called Mommy Life.
From the bottom of my heart,
Thanks.
It’s been an incredible 6 months and I look forward to many, many more!
