Our fall family tradition

You know when you have such a great time together as a family that you just don’t want the day to end? It’s every weekend for me but especially this morning. I wished it could have lasted way longer than it did! I guess it’s become somewhat of a tradition since Princess Peach was born that we go to visit at least one pumpkin patch/farm  in the Toronto area each fall. We have wanted to go the past few weeks but today was the lucky day!

When we left the house Princess Peach was beyond excited! She doesn’t really have a great concept of a “really long car ride” and often asks if we are close or “are we there yet?” type questions. Lucky for me, even thought she might be need to be redirected I know she’s super safe and comfortable in her Evenflo SecureKid DLX Harnessed Booster. She thinks it’s so cool because her seat has two built-in cup-holders. I think it’s cool because this seat has Evenflo’s SureLatch technology making it easy to install.

 

 

We’ve visited the same farm for the past few years in a variety of seasons and always have an amazing time! There is just SO much to do. From petting zoos, to sandboxes, swings, hayrides, pick-your-own (insert fruit or veggie here), bouncy castles, to trampolines and more! It’s fun for everyone.

Although the weather was quite cool and windy today that didn’t stop us. We enjoyed ourselves for hours. Little Dude even had a nice long nap outside all cuddled up in his stroller. Then it was time to go. The only way we could bribe Princess Peach to leave was with a HUGE lollipop. Yup. I bribed my kid and I’m proud of it 🙂
