This month’s Disney Princess feature is Tiana. Unlike most of the other Disney Princess’, Tiana isn’t born into a royal family. As a child, she and her father loved to cook together, and she made a wish to own a restaurant one day. She continued to wish and decided to make her dream into a reality. Through a series of events, Tiana falls in love with Prince Naveen who teaches Tiana, about having fun and Tiana teaches him about working hard. In the end Tiana and Naveen get married and they open up the restaurant that she has always dreamed about.
As a mom to a young girl, I totally love Tiana and what she stands for. I love that she has goals and dreams and works hard to make them happen!
“The only way to get what you want in this world is through hard work” -Tiana
The Disney Princess Royal Shimmer Tiana doll is like the other dolls that we have reviewed already in this collection. Adorned in a beautiful shimmery green ombre gown with glittery details. Her face is the standout feature with big beautiful eyes. She also has a removable tiara and shoes.
Princess Peach is loving the Disney Princess Little Kingdom collection. She loves playing with all of the dolls in this collection and interchanging their outfits. When she was playing with the Tiana doll, she insisted that I take a video of her switching outfits. The Tiana doll comes with two outfits, a blue outfit and a green outfit. There are many little pieces with this doll, so please if you have little children or pets around please keep these toys out of their reach.
Win It!
One lucky Canadian (excluding Quebec) reader will win one Disney Princess Royal Shimmer Tiana doll and one Disney Princess Little Kingdom Tiana doll.
