In less than 2 weeks one of my favourite events will open in the GTA! The BabyTime Show will open their doors on April 25, 2014 and run until Sunday April 27, 2014 at Hall 5 at the International Centre. When I was pregnant with Princess Peach I first attended the Spring time show and have been hooked ever since. This coming show will mark my 6th BabyTime Show that I will have attended. I love that 250 plus retailers are all under one roof. The show has been particularly helpful when deciding on a big purchase like a stroller or car seat. I appreciate being able to meet with and speak to experts from a variety of brands. I have also been known to pick up some very cute accessories too!
Now being a mom of two, with an infant and a toddler there are some items that I still need to or want to buy for my little munchkins. There are also items that we use and love already that we can get at the BabyTime show for a better deal. You don’t have to be pregnant or have a newborn to find great items and bargains at the show! Here are some retailers that I’m excited to see!
Munchkin Baby Canada– At the fall BabyTime Show this retailer had amazing deals! The type of deals that you run, don’t walk to their booth kind of deals. I have their diaper pail and need to restock refill bags. I could use a few more snack containers and some more bath crayons too. Who knows what other fabulous items I will get!
Mabel’s Labels– I must admit that I have my own labels and I use them especially on my reusable water bottles. Mabel’s Labels are a part of going to daycare for us. With two kids going to daycare starting in September I have a lot of labeling to do to make sure we don’t lose anything. I will be stocking up on labels for both kids at the show! The only problem is that I love all of their designs that choosing the “perfect” design is so hard!
Ollie Jones Clothing– I love Canadian retailers but this just takes the cake! Each and every pair of leggings is handmade- designed, cut, sewn and packaged by the owner of the company. Isn’t that awesome? You know it’s a labour of love! I am totally swooning over every pair of leggings and I love that many of the prints are unisex so Princess Peach can wear them now and then hand them down to Little Dude.
Princess Peach is outgrowing her car seat in height and it’ll soon be time to transfer her to a forward facing only seat that’ll last longer than 2 years. I’m looking forward to comparing the carseats from Britax, Evenflo, Diono, and Graco. I’m looking forward to speaking with the vendors about finding her the perfect seat and maybe even scoring one at a special show price!
While at the show check out the show and seminar schedule. From parenting experts to Dora the Explorer there is something for everyone. One of my personal favourites is the Diaper Derby. I love watching the little crawlers figure out their way from one end of the mat to the other. Some are more successful but for anyone participating and for all those watching it is just so cute! Princess Peach participated in the Diaper Derby when she was a baby and we are hoping to enter Little Dude this year.
Whether you are pregnant and starting your research on brands and items you need or a seasoned mother who has it all, the Baby Time Show won’t disappoint!
Be sure to check out The BabyTime Shows on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest Board to see what’s new!
Win It!
I am giving 2 pairs of Tickets to the Baby Time Show
I hope I’m entering correctly…I’m excited to see the different venders for strollers, especially the baby jogger. I’m a huge runner and this is our second so I want to discuss different stroller options for a newborn and a two yr old.
Looking forward to seeing HydraSense, Mabel’s labels and all of the child safety/car seat safety booths!
There are a lot of exhibitors that I would love to visit, but if I had to chose one I’d go for Hydrasense as I should buy more of their products – they are so needed in this house when colds arrive
I’m definitely looking forward to Munchkin. At the last show, I didn’t get a chance to go see them.
Looking forward to trying out convertible car seats since the little guy will soon outgrow the bucket – can’t wait to try the Diono options since I’ve heard good things!
I have worked as a “booth babe” at the show, but haven’t attended since being a Mommy myself! Love Munchkin stuff (especially their diaper pail) and would love to stock up on some basics.
I am looking forward to the Graco booth!
Looking forward to seeing Diamond Personnel. I’d like to know more about the process of hiring a nanny.
Live Clean for their baby products.
Parent’s Choice but I am interested in a lot of them.
Britax – really like their products
Dearborn Baby! I love the deals they have.
Can’t wait to go see the show with my 3 & 1 year old. Looking forward to see the shows there.
Munchkin Baby for the deals!
Ok I figured out how to leave a comment….right?!
I’m looking forward to whatever booths you tell me to visit! Munchkin maybe because you said they have good deals! Love ya!
I hope I entered the contest correctly.
I’m really looking forward to comparing convertible carseats for my twins. They’re about to outgrow their infant carseats so doing a comparison and maybe even scoring a good deal on two seats would be amazing!
looking forward most to visiting the Munchkin booth.
Costco
I didn’t get a chance to enter this giveaway but I just wanted to say that I got to attend this show and it was just amazing! I was blown away. I will definitely be attending next year!
How much were the refill bags at the munchkin booth?
Erika, I bought two types of refills and I think one was $4 a refill and the other was $6
