Alive at 35

FullSizeRender(18)

Last year when I turned 34, I had no clue if I would see today.

What a difference a year makes.

Just 3 weeks earlier, I had been diagnosed with breast cancer.

What a difference a year makes.

3 days before my birthday, I had my first round of chemotherapy.

What a difference a year makes.

Last year, I didn’t know how I would cope with all of my treatments

What a difference a year makes.

Last year, I prayed that I would be given more time with my kids

What a difference a year makes.

Last year, I was scared of the future.

What a difference a year makes.

Last year, I was afraid of making plans.

What a difference a year makes.

Last year, I was sick.

What a difference a year makes.

This year I am healthy.

What a difference a year makes.

This year I am making plans.

What a difference a year makes

This year I am planning for the future.

What a difference a year makes.

This year, my kids have their mom back.

What a difference a year makes.

This year, my husband has his wife back.

What a difference a year makes.

This year, I will create the life I envision.

What a difference a year makes.

This year I will travel.

What a difference a year makes.

This year I will start to fulfill my hopes and dreams.

What a difference a year makes.

This year I will make a million memories.

What a difference a year makes.

This year on April 4th, I am excited about the future.

I made it to 35! I am alive at 35.

And that’s a lot to celebrate
