Thank you!

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

From the bottom of my heart, I need to thank each and everyone one of you.

When I decided to share my news I was worried. Worried about my world changing SO much. Worried about being treated differently. Worried about my kids being told incorrect info from other kids. Worried about being known as “cancer girl”. Just plain worried.

But let me tell you I was wrong. So so wrong. When I pressed “publish” on my post, I felt so sick. At that moment with me “coming out” and sharing my illness with everyone, my news was now public. I could never take it back. The amount of love and support me and my family have received is more than I could have ever imagined. I’ve received so many messages.  Text messages, phone messages, emails, comments on my blog post, comments on Instagram, DM’s on Instagram, comments on Twitter, messages on Facebook, DM’s on Facebook. In a time where I assumed, I would feel alone, I have never felt so loved and supported. I wish I could hug all of you and make you feel how you all have made me feel.

I wish I could say more and put into words exactly how I feel but t I find myself speechless. And let me tell you, I’m NEVER speechless. But, what I can say is I’m lucky to have all of you in my life. No matter if we know each other in real life or through various social media mediums, I have a village. A very special village.

Thank you for being a part of my village and supporting and loving me through the good times and the bad
